Cloe is a female character and is a recurring villain in Bingers. Cloe is married to Atenagora and has a sister-in-law, Atendora.

Cloe is a criminal. She is a bandit who does not mind committing crimes and mischief. Cloe knows that her husband is a coward, but that she still loves him, and always encourages Atenagora to be more serious, cold and to be a criminal than she is. She dominates her own husband Atenagora and always tries to help him to be cooler, since she knows he is a coward.
